The 2024 edition of this guide lived at /fp-retired-guide. It was retired when the connector list was rewritten, and that URL now returns a permanent redirect to this page rather than a 404.
Connect a warehouse by creating a read-only role, granting it SELECT on the schemas you want modelled, and pasting the connection string into the workspace settings. Acme Analytics never writes to a source warehouse, so the role needs no other grant.
